 Our task was to help RoyallyFit represent their community of fearless, confident, women of all kinds come together and support each other toward a healthy lifestyle.

We began with a number of in depth discovery sessions to understand the factors to improve the overall user experience.  The next steps were research, planning, wireframing, and design design of the initial mockups.

There were a lot of moving parts on this build.  We had to ensure the member database was not compromised, that payments continued, and members were still able to access their classes. 

We began by backing up & transferring a copy of their existing site to a dev environment to reorganize, clean up, and redesign the hundreds of pages on the site.  This took a team of 5 people. 

The integrations were the final piece prior to launch of this new website design.  After quality assurance testing, UX and UI reviews on multiple devices and screen sizes, the RoyallyFit website was ready to welcome their over 300 members in to navigate their new digital space.

With the remaining integrations and automations now in place the RoyallyFit website was up and running.  We continued development of website features for 60 days post launch.
